#IWSG How Are Things in Your World? Try EFT

Authors’ Writing Trials & Triumphs & Secret Dreams revealed on #IWSG.

The awesome co-hosts for the April 1 posting of the IWSG are Diane Burton, JH Moncrieff, Anna @ Emaginette, Karen @ Reprobate Typewriter, Erika Beebe, and Lisa Buie-Collard!

April 1 question – The IWSG’s focus is on our writers. Each month, from all over the globe, we are a united group sharing our insecurities, our troubles, and our pain. So, in this time when our world is in crisis with the covid-19 pandemic, our optional question this month is: how are things in your world?

I’m in that category of high risk. You know, probably won’t survive covid-19 if it finds me hunkered down in my corner. I waiver between terrified and ‘give it your best shot’ attitude toward this latest threat to humanity. I thought I was coping fairly well. It became obvious that my body was not listening to my repeated mantra, “I will survive.” Insomnia, confusion, pain, severe headaches, etc.

Like a answer to my unspoken prayer that was in my heart, if not my lips, I received an invite. My mentor and friend, Wes Gietz, sent an invitation to participate in a FREE EFT session. You too can REGISTER for this special invitation:

Wes Gietz: “I’ve been practicing and teaching EFT for more than 20 years. I know its power to relieve and heal emotional issues of all kinds. I want to contribute a gift of healing to my people (all of you are my people) anywhere in the world in this critical time, so I’m offering these special sessions of EFT tapping for as long as the need exists.

Last night was my first session. Immediately after the half hour session, my body gradually shifted from tension to firmly grounded and focused. My mind became uplifted. And, I’m not talking about a minor, barely noticeable shift. I felt profoundly renewed and strong. And alert. And energized.

What is EFT? Emotional Freedom Techniques or “The Tapping Techniques” are used by millions of people worldwide.  These techniques can quickly and effectively resolve dysfunctional feelings, thoughts, behaviours and beliefs which can lead to challenges in relationships, health, right livelihood and disease. Drawing from the fields of interpersonal neurobiology, neuroplasticity, and epigenetics, and supported by peer-reviewed research, this powerful mind-body approach is easy to learn and implement.

  1. I sent an inquiry to a marketer who informed me that Forbidden’s sales would not improve with marketing. That was hard news to take, especially since I was preparing to write the sequel. Totally discouraged now. May give up writing completely.

Don’t let one person’s opinion stop you, Judy! I loved Forbidden! Have you looked at the book promotion sites as a way to get some traction in the world market?
