I’m boosting my creative juices? During May, I am participating in David Suzuki’s 30 X 30 Nature Challenge: 30 Minutes in Nature over the next 30 days. #NatureIsCalling

Why will this boost my creative juices? “A growing chorus of scientists and researchers agree: time spent in nature makes us happier, healthier and less stressed. It increases creativity and lowers risk of heart attacks. It even makes us nicer, more empathetic humans, with more meaningful relationships and increased community involvement.”
Seduction of Nature
Have you experienced a seduction as powerful as that of a lover’s touch?
There are forces that have a power to speak to us, wake us up from our living sleep – even for just a moment, a breath, a heartbeat. Through experience, we discover the healing power of those moments. As we wake, we learn how to grasp onto those forces, those incredible moments of sheer joy, of connecting with our omnipotent higher self.
Some call those transitional events as the ‘aha’ moment – sudden awareness or comprehension. They are available to humanity continuously. One does not need to adopt a religious doctrine or chant prayers. If a special rock or medicine pouch gives you focus, bring it along. However, all that is needed is to stand by a flowing stream, gaze at the stars, or close your eyes and listen to nature.
Caution. These moments are seductive. And, the more you surrender, the greater will be your shift to a more conscious state; the more you can let go of perceived fears; the more you will discover your authentic self – a powerful and omnipotent being.
